It's the time of year to make big decisions and start planning. If you are contenplating on selling your home this is the year to do it. There are a few things you need to know about our current economy that may help you with your decision.

Problem: There are not enough homes on the market for sale.
Reason: There are still alot of home owners that are struggling to keep their home and the fastest way to solve this problem is to lease your home. Alot of home owners put their home on the market for sale or lease at the same time and usually a lease will get there first but the home owner that is looking for a house like yours is walking away empty handed.
Solution: List your home this year for sale instead of lease. If you have plans to keep the home for some reason then leasing it is for you. But if you think you are ready to sell your home now is the best time to Sell. So may homes are for lease instead of for sale that the inventory is limited in certian areas.
Fact: There are foreclosures and short sales but they are all tied up by the investors, home buyers etc and are very time consuming and risky to acquire. Your home is nice and ready to show. So give me a call so I can show you my marketing plan for your home.
